What is a Slingbox?
A device that can be used to stream subscribed SCV & MIOTV contents to your home. Most people uses this to stream EPL, Sports, Horse Racing and other TV programs to their own mobile devices while they are traveling.
Is this illegal?
No. It only streams what you subscribed to over the internet to your mobile devices. But it will be illegal if you are using this to broadcast at public area.

Warranty?
3 month for MAIN UNIT, 1 week ONLY for power supply. Power supply is unique, cannot be found in Singapore, Ordering a power supply takes 2-3 week.

$200 for setup on weekend only. We will only setup the slingbox to connect to your SCV boxes.

1. Will you provide any post installation support?
Yes. But charged per trip @ $120 if you require us to do re-configuration & troubleshooting, we will not do phone support. Once initial setup is completed (paid service), you will verify the installation and we will go.
2. SG Lemon Law states 6 month for faulty units returns
Our warranty is only 3 months. If you are very particular about Lemon Law, self import the device from other country might be a better option for you.
3. Why get a slingbox when there are so many online free services?
Online free to air are shared, so bandwidth is limited per connection, quality of streaming is not guaranteed. Slingbox uses the internet you subscribed, so you are in control of how big the bandwidth is available, but subjected to streaming limit of the device itself.
4. Can multiple users view at the same time?
No, That's why this is not a illegal box. It can only support single user viewing.
5. If I install at living room where my family is watching, will they see different channel when I change channel?
Yes. since all of you are watching the same box, if you change a channel over remote, the family member will watch the channel that you are watching. So, get ready to fight over the channels!
